Weighed in just less than .5 lbs lower than yesterday. Looks like I need to work a little harder and keep juicing. I dropped all the water weight I was holding after the trip to Oly, and seeing a little loss is better than seeing a gain. Time to get the day started.
Today’s weight: 195!!! I am so excited to have shed a whole 4+ pounds over the last couple weeks. Healthy loss, minor muscle tone and better flexibility. I had to buy smaller pants while in Portland because my jeans I brought were literally falling off my hips. I bought them when I weighed about 207, but I’ve lost a lot of lower-abdominal fat that was helping keep them up. Now that I’ve shed +10 pounds, the clothes I’ve been missing out on wearing have got new life!
I’m really proud of myself and my wife’s progress too. She just dropped below 140 today!
Happiness!!
I have a day off! This is not totally new, but I am happy that I have a day to spend hanging out with my wife. We get a lot of time in the evenings together, but once in a while, it is a nice treat to stay in all day. Moscow is getting snowed on pretty hard, and the MINI doesn’t like it too much, so I am glad we got all our grocery needs and errands run yesterday. We started our juice regimen this morning. I am excited to see what happens in 10 days. Today’s lunch will be Roma tomatoes, basil and garlic juiced to perfection! I’m going to try a “gazpacho” juice too, but I think that will be tomorrow’s lunch. Cucumber, tomato, and A WHOLE LOT OF OTHER yummy veggies will be juiced to drink! Very excited.
yesterday a job posting from Espresso Parts in Olympia came across my feed. I immediately sent in my info, and now have my fingers crossed. This place is so great for the coffee industry, supports the people that work for them and is VERY visible across the coffee globe. I’d love to get an interview, and given the references and letters of recommendation I submitted, I will be VERY surprised if I do not get that. So keep this in your thoughts, Internet. I want this job SO BAD.
